Who We Are
Power Up Emotional Coaching CIC is a Community Interest Company and aims to help children understand and channel their emotions in a positive way by using the Ollie model and NLP based strategies. We don’t work on the behaviour but find the root problem that causes the behaviour.
This is proven to be a very effective way of working and can get results in as little as 6 to 8 sessions. Children learn to disassociate themselves from their feelings, giving them a sense of control and this empowers them to handle challenging situations and emotions.
Children’s difficulties around mental health often start before they turn 14; if we reach them early and support their understanding this will support them into the future.
Power Up is here to help them reach the stars.
Pay what you can
As a local Community Interest Company (CIC), Power Up is now able to offer a limited number of children Pay What You Can coaching sessions. Usually sessions are around £80 per hour but if you register you child now you can pay any amount you choose for the duration of a block of sessions.
If you are not able to pay for sessions we will offer your child coaching for free! If you are able to pay towards your child’s sessions please suggest the amount you have available as this will allow us to support more children in the community.
